Why I love training with CREWNI Run Club

Learning Proper Running Techniques

I've learned how to control my pace, keep good posture and breathe better while running. These small skills make a big difference during races.

Fun and Motivating Training

Each session is different. Sometimes we run for distance, sometimes for speed and sometimes just for fun ! The variety keeps training exciting and helps me get stronger every week.

The more I train, the more confident I feel. Seeing myself improve like running longer and faster makes me proud and excited for the next challenge

Sometimes CREWNI organized special runs, themed events and meetups. I love joining these because I get to meet more runners, learned new things and enjoy the running culture
